Continuing a tradition started in 2001, area businesses are invited to advertise on campus during the annual Meet Murfreesboro event. This is your chance to promote products and services to thousands of students, staff, and faculty. Few forms of advertising can reach as many potential customers at such a low cost! 

• All spaces for Meet Murfreesboro are $150 each.

Time and Location

Meet Murfreesboro will be held during Connection Point – the first few days of the semester – when students will be on campus in great numbers. New this year, Fall 2026 Meet Murfreesboro will be a one day event.

August 25, 2026 | 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Registration

Each business will be provided the following:

• a 10×10 set up including a table, two chairs,
• access to electricity
• one reserved parking space

NEW! Expanded Opportunities to Connect with MTSU Students 

Meet Murfreesboro is now offering both a fall and spring event, creating even more opportunities for local businesses and organizations to engage with MTSU students throughout the academic year. Each one-day event is held on campus during a high-traffic time of the semester and provides direct access to thousands of students seeking local products, services, dining options, entertainment, and community resources. 

Registration for each event is just $150 and includes a vendor booth space. Businesses looking to maximize their visibility can take advantage of the Annual Vendor Package for $250, providing participation in both events and a savings of $50. 

Vendor Registration Options 

• Fall 2026 Meet Murfreesboro — Tuesday, August 25, 2026 | 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | $150 

• Spring 2027 Meet Murfreesboro — Thursday, January 21, 2027 | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | $150 

• Annual Vendor Package — Includes booth space at both the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Meet Murfreesboro events | $250 

Meet Murfreesboro Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 sign-ups will open July 1, 2026 and remain open until all spaces are filled.
